Pricing FAQ
What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
If you process more orders than your plan allows in a given month, you'll be charged a small overage fee for each additional order. Your plan stays the same. There are no automatic plan changes, no interruptions to your service, and no surprises at renewal.
What are the overage rates?
Overage rates are based on your current plan:
- Starter ($15/mo): $0.15 per order over 100 (capped at $14)
- Standard ($29/mo): $0.06 per order over 500 (capped at $30)
- Pro ($59/mo): $0.04 per order over 1,500 (capped at $60)
- Business ($119/mo): $0.03 per order over 3,500 (capped at $100)
Is there a cap on overage charges?
Yes. Overage charges in any given month will never exceed the cost of upgrading to the next plan up. So if you're on the Standard plan and have a big month, you'll never pay more than an extra $30 in overages, the equivalent of moving to the Pro plan for that month.
Do I get a discount if I process fewer orders than my plan allows?
Your plan rate stays the same regardless of how many orders you process in a given month. If your volume is consistently lower than your plan's limit, you may want to consider switching to a lower plan. You can do that any time from your account settings.
What if I'm an Amazon seller worried about holiday order spikes?
Choose the plan that covers your typical monthly volume, and let CustomSync handle the rest. If November and December push you over your limit, you'll only be charged for the extra orders processed, and never more than the cost of the next plan up. Once the holiday season is over, your bill goes right back to normal.
